The Kaleidoscope Vision
Kaleidoscope Coaching
ADHD can feel like living inside a kaleidoscope. Thoughts, responsibilities, emotions and ideas constantly shift and rearrange, creating patterns that can sometimes feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of.
For many people, this becomes clearer later in life. You may have spent years managing work, family and responsibilities while quietly wondering why some things seem harder for you than they appear to be for others. A later ADHD diagnosis can bring both relief and a lot of questions.
Kaleidoscope Coaching is designed for people in this stage of life.
Many of the people I work with already have full lives. They have jobs, families and responsibilities. They are often thoughtful, reflective people who like to understand themselves more deeply. They may find themselves ruminating on the past, trying to make sense of long-standing patterns and experiences.
Coaching offers space to pause and look at those patterns with curiosity rather than judgement.
This work isn’t about becoming a high performer or transforming into someone new. It’s about understanding how your ADHD brain works and making small, meaningful changes that help life feel more manageable.
Together we gently turn the kaleidoscope, bringing clarity to the patterns, recognising your strengths and finding ways of working with your mind rather than against it.
